Body Combat class is my favorite recently. It really helps me to deal with my floppy skin and my cardio workout still can be done while doing it. So I really recommend it to those who have the same problem as mine to attend Body combat class regularly. You will feel your saggy skin get tighten after few months. Cheer up :)
